The person that buys tax certificates is called the tax certificate holder. When there are no bids on the certificates, you now possess a no bid tax deed. We can offer you two options:

Option A: A minimum reserve of your base tax certificate plus interest. Buyers pay a premium of 10% to our company.

(Marketing fee required depending on your inventory)
Option B: We acquire an option from you to purchase your no bid tax deed at your base tax

certificate price plus interest.
